{"id":3566,"date":"2025-09-03T07:57:58","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T23:57:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rohs.ac.cn\/?p=3566"},"modified":"2025-09-03T07:57:58","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T23:57:58","slug":"rohs%e6%98%af%e5%8d%a4%e7%b4%a0%e5%90%97","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rohs.ac.cn\/?p=3566","title":{"rendered":"rohs\u662f\u5364\u7d20\u5417"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>ROHS\u662f\u5364\u7d20\u5417\uff1f\u6df1\u5165\u89e3\u6790\u4e24\u8005\u533a\u522b\u4e0e\u5173\u8054<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\u5408\u89c4\u6027\u9886\u57df\uff0cROHS\u4e0e\u5364\u7d20\u662f\u4e24\u4e2a\u5e38\u88ab\u63d0\u53ca\u7684\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u4f46\u8bb8\u591a\u7528\u6237\u5bb9\u6613\u5c06\u4e8c\u8005\u6df7\u6dc6\u3002\u6838\u5fc3\u95ee\u9898&#8221;ROHS\u662f\u5364\u7d20\u5417&#8221;\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u662f\u5426\u5b9a\u7684\uff1aROHS\uff08\u7535\u6c14\u7535\u5b50\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u9650\u5236\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u6307\u4ee4\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u9879\u6cd5\u89c4\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u800c\u5364\u7d20\u662f\u4e00\u7c7b\u5316\u5b66\u5143\u7d20\uff08\u5982\u6c1f\u3001\u6c2f\u3001\u6eb4\u3001\u7898\uff09\u3002ROHS\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e3b\u8981\u9650\u5236\u94c5\u3001\u6c5e\u7b49\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u90e8\u5206\u6761\u6b3e\u6d89\u53ca\u5364\u7d20\u5bb6\u65cf\u4e2d\u7684\u6eb4\u7cfb\u963b\u71c3\u5242\uff0c\u4f46\u4e24\u8005\u5e76\u975e\u7b49\u540c\u6982\u5ff5\u3002\u7406\u89e3\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u533a\u522b\u4e0e\u8054\u7cfb\uff0c\u5bf9\u4f01\u4e1a\u5408\u89c4\u548c\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROHS\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u5bb9\u4e0e\u9650\u5236\u5bf9\u8c61<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ROHS\u6307\u4ee4\u7531\u6b27\u76df\u5236\u5b9a\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e2d\u7684\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u5176\u6700\u65b0\u7248\u672c\uff08ROHS 3\uff09\u660e\u786e\u9650\u5236\u94c5\u3001\u6c5e\u3001\u9549\u3001\u516d\u4ef7\u94ec\u3001\u591a\u6eb4\u8054\u82ef\uff08PBB\uff09\u548c\u591a\u6eb4\u4e8c\u82ef\u919a\uff08PBDE\uff09\u7b4910\u7c7b\u7269\u8d28\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u591a\u6eb4\u8054\u82ef\u548c\u591a\u6eb4\u4e8c\u82ef\u919a\u5c5e\u4e8e\u6eb4\u7cfb\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u2014\u2014\u5373\u5364\u7d20\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u4e00\u79cd\u3002\u4f46\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\uff0cROHS\u5e76\u672a\u5168\u9762\u7981\u6b62\u6240\u6709\u5364\u7d20\uff0c\u4ec5\u9488\u5bf9\u7279\u5b9a\u6eb4\u5316\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cROHS\u4e0d\u7b49\u4e8e\u5364\u7d20\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u800c\u662f\u5305\u542b\u90e8\u5206\u5364\u7d20\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u7ba1\u63a7\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5364\u7d20\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u5de5\u4e1a\u4e2d\u7684\u5e94\u7528<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5364\u7d20\u662f\u5143\u7d20\u5468\u671f\u8868\u4e2d\u7684\u7b2c\u2166A\u65cf\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6c1f\uff08F\uff09\u3001\u6c2f\uff08Cl\uff09\u3001\u6eb4\uff08Br\uff09\u3001\u7898\uff08I\uff09\u7b49\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u5143\u7d20\u5e38\u88ab\u7528\u4e8e\u5236\u9020\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u3001\u5236\u51b7\u5242\u3001\u5851\u6599\u589e\u5851\u5242\u7b49\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u542b\u6eb4\u963b\u71c3\u5242\u53ef\u63d0\u9ad8\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\u9632\u706b\u6027\u80fd\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5364\u7d20\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5728\u71c3\u70e7\u65f6\u53ef\u80fd\u4ea7\u751f\u4e8c\u5641\u82f1\u7b49\u6709\u6bd2\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u9020\u6210\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u884c\u4e1a\u4e2d\u51fa\u73b0&#8221;\u65e0\u5364\u7d20&#8221;\uff08Halogen-Free\uff09\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u6c2f\u3001\u6eb4\u542b\u91cf\u5206\u522b\u4f4e\u4e8e900ppm\uff0c\u603b\u5364\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u5c0f\u4e8e1500ppm\u3002\u8fd9\u4e0eROHS\u7684\u9650\u5236\u8303\u56f4\u90e8\u5206\u91cd\u53e0\uff0c\u4f46\u5c5e\u4e8e\u72ec\u7acb\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROHS\u4e0e\u5364\u7d20\u9650\u5236\u7684\u5173\u952e\u533a\u522b<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ROHS\u4e0e\u5364\u7d20\u9650\u5236\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u533a\u522b\u4f53\u73b0\u5728\u4e09\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\uff1a\u9996\u5148\uff0cROHS\u662f\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u5364\u7d20\u8981\u6c42\u591a\u4e3a\u884c\u4e1a\u81ea\u613f\u6807\u51c6\uff08\u5982IPC-4101\uff09\uff1b\u5176\u6b21\uff0cROHS\u9488\u5bf9\u7279\u5b9a\u7269\u8d28\uff08\u5982\u9549\u3001\u94c5\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u65e0\u5364\u7d20\u6807\u51c6\u805a\u7126\u6c2f\u548c\u6eb4\u7684\u603b\u4f53\u542b\u91cf\uff1b\u6700\u540e\uff0c\u5408\u89c4\u8303\u56f4\u4e0d\u540c\u2014\u2014\u7b26\u5408ROHS\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u6ee1\u8db3\u65e0\u5364\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u53cd\u4e4b\u4ea6\u7136\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u901a\u8fc7ROHS\u8ba4\u8bc1\u4f46\u4ecd\u542b\u6c2f\u7cfb\u5851\u5316\u5242\uff0c\u8fd9\u9700\u901a\u8fc7\u989d\u5916\u68c0\u6d4b\u786e\u8ba4\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f01\u4e1a\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9\u53cc\u91cd\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u5236\u9020\u5546\uff0c\u9700\u540c\u65f6\u5173\u6ce8ROHS\u5408\u89c4\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u9700\u6c42\u9a71\u52a8\u7684\u65e0\u5364\u7d20\u8d8b\u52bf\u3002\u5efa\u8bae\u5206\u6b65\u9aa4\u5b9e\u65bd\uff1a\u4f18\u5148\u6ee1\u8db3ROHS\u5f3a\u5236\u6027\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u6cd5\u5f8b\u98ce\u9669\uff1b\u518d\u6839\u636e\u5ba2\u6237\u8981\u6c42\u6216\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b9a\u4f4d\uff08\u5982\u9ad8\u7aef\u7535\u5b50\u4ea7\u54c1\uff09\u7533\u8bf7\u65e0\u5364\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3002\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u7ba1\u7406\u4e2d\uff0c\u5e94\u8981\u6c42\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u63d0\u4f9bROHS\u68c0\u6d4b\u62a5\u544a\uff08\u5982XRF\u626b\u63cf\u6570\u636e\uff09\u548c\u5364\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6750\u6599\u4ece\u6e90\u5934\u7b26\u5408\u53cc\u91cd\u6807\u51c6\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u603b\u7ed3\uff1a\u7406\u6027\u770b\u5f85\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e0e\u6807\u51c6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ROHS\u4e0e\u5364\u7d20\u9650\u5236\u65e2\u6709\u5173\u8054\u53c8\u76f8\u4e92\u72ec\u7acb\u3002ROHS\u6cd5\u89c4\u901a\u8fc7\u9650\u5236\u90e8\u5206\u5364\u7d20\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff08\u5982\u6eb4\u5316\u963b\u71c3\u5242\uff09\u63d0\u5347\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u6027\uff0c\u4f46&#8221;\u65e0\u5364\u7d20&#8221;\u662f\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u884c\u4e1a\u8fdb\u9636\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u9700\u660e\u786e\u4e24\u8005\u5dee\u5f02\uff0c\u5236\u5b9a\u9488\u5bf9\u6027\u5408\u89c4\u7b56\u7565\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u7b80\u5355\u5c06ROHS\u7b49\u540c\u4e8e\u5364\u7d20\u63a7\u5236\u3002\u968f\u7740\u73af\u4fdd\u6807\u51c6\u6f14\u8fdb\uff0c\u6574\u5408\u6027\u73af\u4fdd\u7ba1\u7406\u5c06\u6210\u4e3a\u884c\u4e1a\u6838\u5fc3\u7ade\u4e89\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u514d\u8d23\u58f0\u660e\u3011\u672c\u6587\u4ec5\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\uff0c\u4f5c\u8005\u53ca\u53d1\u5e03\u5e73\u53f0\u5bf9\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3001\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u4e0d\u4f5c\u4fdd\u8bc1\u3002\u8bfb\u8005\u56e0\u53c2\u8003\u672c\u6587\u5185\u5bb9\u800c
