{"id":3583,"date":"2025-09-03T07:57:59","date_gmt":"2025-09-02T23:57:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rohs.ac.cn\/?p=3583"},"modified":"2025-09-03T07:57:59","modified_gmt":"2025-09-02T23:57:59","slug":"rohs%e6%8c%87%e4%bb%a42011-65-eu-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rohs.ac.cn\/?p=3583","title":{"rendered":"rohs\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/eu)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\uff1a\u5168\u9762\u89e3\u6790\u6b27\u76df\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u9650\u5236\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u662f\u6b27\u76df\u9488\u5bf9\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5168\u79f0\u4e3a\u300a\u5173\u4e8e\u9650\u5236\u5728\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d\u4f7f\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u6307\u4ee4\u300b\u3002\u8be5\u6307\u4ee4\u65e8\u5728\u51cf\u5c11\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\u5bf9\u73af\u5883\u548c\u4eba\u7c7b\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6f5c\u5728\u5371\u5bb3\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u7eff\u8272\u751f\u4ea7\u548c\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u6d88\u8d39\u3002\u81ea2013\u5e741\u67082\u65e5\u8d77\uff0cRoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u6b63\u5f0f\u53d6\u4ee3\u65e7\u7248\u6307\u4ee4(2002\/95\/EC)\uff0c\u6210\u4e3a\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u5408\u89c4\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4f01\u4e1a\u82e5\u60f3\u5c06\u4ea7\u54c1\u51fa\u53e3\u81f3\u6b27\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\uff0c\u5fc5\u987b\u4e25\u683c\u9075\u5b88\u8be5\u6307\u4ee4\u7684\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u969c\u788d\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u5185\u5bb9\u4e0e\u9650\u5236\u7269\u8d28<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u660e\u786e\u9650\u5236\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u4e2d10\u7c7b\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u94c5(Pb)\u3001\u6c5e(Hg)\u3001\u9549(Cd)\u3001\u516d\u4ef7\u94ec(CrVI)\u3001\u591a\u6eb4\u8054\u82ef(PBB)\u3001\u591a\u6eb4\u4e8c\u82ef\u919a(PBDE)\u3001\u90bb\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c(2-\u4e59\u57fa\u5df1\u57fa)\u916f(DEHP)\u3001\u90bb\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e01\u82c4\u916f(BBP)\u3001\u90bb\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u4e01\u916f(DBP)\u4ee5\u53ca\u90bb\u82ef\u4e8c\u7532\u9178\u4e8c\u5f02\u4e01\u916f(DIBP)\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u9549\u7684\u9650\u91cf\u8981\u6c42\u4e3a0.01%\uff08\u6309\u91cd\u91cf\u8ba1\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u7269\u8d28\u5747\u4e3a0.1%\u3002\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9650\u5236\u8303\u56f4\u8986\u76d6\u4e86\u51e0\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u4ece\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668\u5230\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5747\u9700\u7b26\u5408\u76f8\u5173\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u7684\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u4e0e\u8c41\u514d\u6761\u6b3e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u8be5\u6307\u4ee4\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u76f4\u6d41\u7535\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc71500\u4f0f\u7279\u3001\u4ea4\u6d41\u7535\u4e0d\u8d85\u8fc71000\u4f0f\u7279\u7684\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5305\u62ec11\u5927\u7c7b\u4ea7\u54c1\uff1a\u5927\u578b\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668\u3001\u5c0f\u578b\u5bb6\u7528\u7535\u5668\u3001IT\u548c\u7535\u4fe1\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u6d88\u8d39\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u7167\u660e\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u5de5\u5177\u3001\u73a9\u5177\u53ca\u4f11\u95f2\u8fd0\u52a8\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\u3001\u76d1\u6d4b\u548c\u63a7\u5236\u4eea\u5668\u3001\u81ea\u52a8\u552e\u8d27\u673a\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u6307\u4ee4\u4e5f\u89c4\u5b9a\u4e86\u8c41\u514d\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5728\u7279\u5b9a\u6280\u672f\u6216\u5e94\u7528\u65e0\u6cd5\u66ff\u4ee3\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4f7f\u7528\u53d7\u9650\u7269\u8d28\uff0c\u4f46\u8c41\u514d\u9700\u5b9a\u671f\u8bc4\u4f30\u5e76\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u64a4\u9500\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4f01\u4e1a\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u9700\u5efa\u7acb\u5168\u9762\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u7ba1\u7406\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u539f\u6750\u6599\u548c\u7ec4\u4ef6\u7b26\u5408RoHS\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u8fd9\u5305\u62ec\u8981\u6c42\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u68c0\u6d4b\u62a5\u544a\uff08\u5982XRF\u7b5b\u67e5\u6216\u5316\u5b66\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff09\uff0c\u5e76\u5728\u4ea7\u54c1\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9636\u6bb5\u4f18\u5148\u9009\u62e9\u73af\u4fdd\u66ff\u4ee3\u6750\u6599\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u4fdd\u7559\u6280\u672f\u6587\u6863\u548c\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u58f0\u660e\uff0c\u4ee5\u5907\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u76d1\u7ba1\u673a\u6784\u5ba1\u67e5\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u51fa\u53e3\u4f01\u4e1a\uff0c\u53ca\u65f6\u5173\u6ce8\u6307\u4ee4\u4fee\u8ba2\u548c\u8c41\u514d\u66f4\u65b0\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u56e0\u5408\u89c4\u758f\u6f0f\u5bfc\u81f4\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ec\u56de\u6216\u7f5a\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u5bf9\u884c\u4e1a\u548c\u73af\u5883\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u5f71\u54cd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u663e\u8457\u63a8\u52a8\u4e86\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u884c\u4e1a\u7684\u7eff\u8272\u8f6c\u578b\u3002\u5b83\u9f13\u52b1\u4f01\u4e1a\u521b\u65b0\u73af\u4fdd\u6280\u672f\uff0c\u51cf\u5c11\u6709\u6bd2\u5e9f\u5f03\u7269\u5bf9\u571f\u58e4\u548c\u6c34\u6e90\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u6d88\u8d39\u8005\u63a5\u89e6\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u4ece\u957f\u8fdc\u770b\uff0c\u8be5\u6307\u4ee4\u4e0d\u4ec5\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u7684\u53ef\u6301\u7eed\u53d1\u5c55\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u5168\u7403\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u4ea7\u54c1\u8bbe\u7acb\u4e86\u73af\u4fdd\u6807\u6746\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u6807\u51c6\u7684 harmonization\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u514d\u8d23\u58f0\u660e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u6587\u4ec5\u4f9b\u53c2\u8003\uff0c\u4e0d\u6784\u6210\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6216\u4e13\u4e1a\u5efa\u8bae\u3002RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5e94\u7528\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u4ea7\u54c1\u7c7b\u578b\u548c\u6b27\u76df\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u653f\u7b56\u800c\u5f02\uff0c\u8bfb\u8005\u5e94\u54a8\u8be2\u76f8\u5173\u4e13\u4e1a\u4eba\u58eb\u6216\u5b98\u65b9\u673a\u6784\u83b7\u53d6\u6700\u65b0\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u672c\u6587\u4f5c\u8005\u53ca\u53d1\u5e03\u5e73\u53f0\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u56e0\u53c2\u8003\u672c\u6587\u5185\u5bb9\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u5408\u89c4\u5931\u8bef\u3001\u7ecf\u6d4e\u635f\u5931\u6216\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea0\u7eb7\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>RoHS\u6307\u4ee4(2011\/65\/EU)\uff1a\u5168\u9762\u89e3\u6790\u6b27\u76df\u7535\u5b50\u7535\u6c14\u8bbe\u5907\u6709\u5bb3\u7269\u8d28\u9650\u5236\u8981\u6c42
