\u4e00\u3001\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0MDR\uff1a\u5168\u9762\u89e3\u6790\u4e0e\u5408\u89c4\u6307\u5357<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5728\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u884c\u4e1a\uff0cMDR\uff08Medical Device Regulation\uff09\u5373\u6b27\u76df\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u662f\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\u5168\u7403\u76d1\u7ba1\u9886\u57df\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u53d8\u9769\uff0c\u5bf9\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3001\u5206\u9500\u5546\u548c\u7528\u6237\u4ea7\u751f\u6df1\u8fdc\u5f71\u54cd\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8ba8\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5728MDR\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u7684\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u3001\u5206\u7c7b\u53d8\u5316\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b9e\u9645\u5e94\u7528\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u5e94\u5bf9\u8fd9\u4e00\u6cd5\u89c4\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u3001\u4ec0\u4e48\u662f\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0MDR\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u662f\u6b27\u76df\u4e8e2017\u5e74\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u65b0\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08Regulation (EU) 2017\/745\uff09\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u539f\u6709\u7684MDD\uff08\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6307\u4ee4\uff09\u548cAIMDD\uff08\u4e3b\u52a8\u690d\u5165\u5f0f\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6307\u4ee4\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u8be5\u6cd5\u89c4\u4e8e2021\u5e745\u6708\u5168\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u65e8\u5728\u63d0\u9ad8\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\uff0c\u52a0\u5f3a\u5bf9\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u4ea7\u54c1\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\uff0c\u5e76\u9002\u5e94\u6280\u672f\u521b\u65b0\u5e26\u6765\u7684\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

MDR\u4e0d\u4ec5\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\uff0c\u8fd8\u5f71\u54cd\u5168\u7403\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u8bb8\u591a\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u51fa\u53e3\u5230\u6b27\u6d32\u65f6\u5fc5\u987b\u7b26\u5408\u5176\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u3001\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5728MDR\u4e0b\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u4e0e\u793a\u4f8b<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u5bf9\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u66f4\u7cbe\u7ec6\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u7b49\u7ea7\u5c06\u5176\u5206\u4e3aI\u7c7b\u3001IIa\u7c7b\u3001IIb\u7c7b\u548cIII\u7c7b\uff0c\u5176\u4e2dIII\u7c7b\u98ce\u9669\u6700\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5982\u8840\u7cd6\u4eea\u3001\u8840\u538b\u8ba1\u3001\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\u7b49\uff0c\u5728MDR\u4e0b\u53ef\u80fd\u9762\u4e34\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u7c7b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u539f\u672c\u5c5e\u4e8e\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u73b0\u5728\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u5212\u5165\u66f4\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u7c7b\u522b\uff0c\u9700\u6ee1\u8db3\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u76d1\u7763\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u5177\u4f53\u793a\u4f8b\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u6ce8\u5c04\u5668\uff08IIa\u7c7b\uff09\u3001\u5fc3\u810f\u8d77\u640f\u5668\uff08III\u7c7b\uff09\u3001\u4ee5\u53ca\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5982\u5065\u5eb7\u76d1\u6d4bApp\uff08\u53ef\u80fd\u5c5e\u4e8eIIa\u6216IIb\u7c7b\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u56db\u3001MDR\u5bf9\u5e38\u7528\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u5f3a\u8c03\u5168\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5236\u9020\u5546\u4ece\u8bbe\u8ba1\u3001\u751f\u4ea7\u5230\u62a5\u5e9f\u90fd\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u5173\u952e\u8981\u6c42\u5305\u62ec\uff1a\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\u6536\u96c6\u3001\u5b9e\u65bd\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u552f\u4e00\u8bbe\u5907\u6807\u8bc6\uff08UDI\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\u3001\u63d0\u9ad8\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u6027\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5f3a\u5316\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u76d1\u7763\u548c\u4e8b\u6545\u62a5\u544a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u8fd9\u610f\u5473\u7740\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u6295\u5165\u66f4\u591a\u8d44\u6e90\u8fdb\u884c\u6570\u636e\u6574\u7406\u548c\u5408\u89c4\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u969c\u788d\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e94\u3001\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5982\u4f55\u5e94\u5bf9MDR\u5408\u89c4\u6311\u6218\uff1f<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5e94\u5bf9MDR\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u9996\u5148\u8fdb\u884c\u4ea7\u54c1\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u7c7b\u548c\u5dee\u8ddd\u5206\u6790\uff0c\u8bc6\u522b\u73b0\u6709\u4ea7\u54c1\u4e0e\u6cd5\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u5dee\u5f02\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u7136\u540e\uff0c\u66f4\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u6587\u6863\u548c\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc4\u4f30\u62a5\u544a\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u7b26\u5408MDR\u7684\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u5efa\u7acb robust \u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08QMS\uff09\u548c\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u76d1\u7763\u7cfb\u7edf\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u5408\u4f5c\u4e0e\u57f9\u8bad\u4e5f\u662f\u5173\u952e\uff1a\u4e0e\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u5bc6\u5207\u6c9f\u901a\uff0c\u5e76\u57f9\u8bad\u5458\u5de5 on MDR \u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u964d\u4f4e\u5408\u89c4\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u516d\u3001MDR\u5bf9\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7528\u6237\u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u7528\u6237\u800c\u8a00\uff0cMDR\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u610f\u5473\u7740\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u548c\u53ef\u9760\u6027\u3002\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5982\u5bb6\u7528\u76d1\u62a4\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u5c06\u53d7\u76ca\u4e8e\u66f4\u4e25\u683c\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5bfc\u81f4\u4ea7\u54c1\u4ef7\u683c\u4e0a\u6da8\u6216\u4f9b\u5e94\u5ef6\u8fdf\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u8981\u6d88\u5316\u5408\u89c4\u6210\u672c\u3002\u7528\u6237\u5e94\u5173\u6ce8\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u7b7e\u548cUDI\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u4ee5\u505a\u51fa informed \u9009\u62e9\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e03\u3001\u672a\u6765\u8d8b\u52bf\u4e0e\u7ed3\u8bba<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u4ee3\u8868\u4e86\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u76d1\u7ba1\u7684\u5168\u7403\u5316\u8d8b\u52bf\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u7684\u6cd5\u89c4\uff0c\u5982\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u6216\u4e2d\u56fdNMPA\u7684\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u603b\u7684\u6765\u8bf4\uff0c\u7406\u89e3\u548c\u9075\u5b88MDR\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5e38\u7528\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u76f8\u5173\u65b9\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u5b83\u4e0d\u4ec5\u4fdd\u969c\u60a3\u8005\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u8fd8\u63a8\u52a8\u884c\u4e1a\u5411\u66f4\u521b\u65b0\u3001\u66f4\u900f\u660e\u7684\u65b9\u5411\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
