\u6b27\u76df\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08MDR\uff09\u7684\u5168\u9762\u5b9e\u65bd\u6807\u5fd7\u7740\u6b27\u76df\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u76d1\u7ba1\u4f53\u7cfb\u8fdb\u5165\u5168\u65b0\u9636\u6bb5\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u867d\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u7c7b\u522b\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5408\u89c4\u8981\u6c42\u4ea6\u53d1\u751f\u663e\u8457\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u672c\u6587\u65e8\u5728\u6df1\u5165\u89e3\u6790\u6b27\u76df\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5728MDR\u6846\u67b6\u4e0b\u7684\u5177\u4f53\u5b9a\u4e49\u3001\u5206\u7c7b\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u4ee5\u53ca\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u5e2e\u52a9\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9ad8\u6548\u5e94\u5bf9\u65b0\u89c4\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e8c\u3001MDR\u5bf9\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u5b9a\u4e49\u4e0e\u5206\u7c7b\u8c03\u6574<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u5ef6\u7eed\u4e86\u57fa\u4e8e\u98ce\u9669\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5206\u7c7b\u539f\u5219\uff0c\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u901a\u5e38\u6307\u975e\u4fb5\u5165\u6027\u3001\u975e\u6d3b\u6027\u4e14\u8bbe\u8ba1\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\uff0c\u5982\u666e\u901a\u5916\u79d1\u5668\u68b0\u3001\u90e8\u5206\u5eb7\u590d\u8bbe\u5907\u7b49\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u65b0\u6cd5\u89c4\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u7ec6\u5316\u4e86\u5206\u7c7b\u89c4\u5219\uff0c\u90e8\u5206\u539f\u5c5e\u4e00\u7c7b\u7684\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u80fd\u88ab\u91cd\u65b0\u5212\u5206\u4e3a\u66f4\u9ad8\u98ce\u9669\u7c7b\u522b\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u6d4b\u91cf\u529f\u80fd\u6216\u65e0\u83cc\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u4e00\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\u9700\u6ee1\u8db3\u9644\u52a0\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5b9e\u8d28\u4e0a\u88ab\u5f52\u7c7b\u4e3aIs\uff08\u65e0\u83cc\uff09\u6216Im\uff08\u6d4b\u91cf\uff09\u5b50\u7c7b\u3002\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u9996\u5148\u4f9d\u636eMDR\u9644\u5f55VIII\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\u89c4\u5219\u786e\u8ba4\u4ea7\u54c1\u51c6\u786e\u7c7b\u522b\uff0c\u907f\u514d\u8bef\u5224\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e09\u3001MDR\u4e0b\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0e\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u6c42<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u5927\u5e45\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u5bf9\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u548c\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\u7684\u6df1\u5ea6\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u9700\u5efa\u7acb\u5305\u542b\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u8bc6\u3001\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4fe1\u606f\u3001\u6027\u80fd\u6570\u636e\u3001\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u5bb9\u6027\u62a5\u544a\u3001\u706d\u83cc\u9a8c\u8bc1\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u4ee5\u53ca\u6807\u7b7e\u8bf4\u660e\u7b49\u5185\u5bb9\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6280\u672f\u6587\u6863\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5668\u68b0\u5fc5\u987b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5145\u5206\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u5176\u7b26\u5408\u5b89\u5168\u6027\u4e0e\u6027\u80fd\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u5bf9\u4e00\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u4e5f\u9700\u901a\u8fc7\u4e34\u5e8a\u6587\u732e\u8bc4\u4ef7\u6216\u5b9e\u9645\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e\u5c55\u793a\u5408\u89c4\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4ec5\u4f9d\u8d56\u7b49\u6548\u6027\u8bba\u8bc1\u3002\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\uff0c\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u9700\u6301\u7eed\u66f4\u65b0\u5e76\u968f\u65f6\u63a5\u53d7\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u6216\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5f53\u5c40\u7684\u62bd\u67e5\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u56db\u3001\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e0e\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u76d1\u7763\u7684\u5f3a\u5316<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u8981\u6c42\u6240\u6709\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5efa\u7acb\u5e76\u5b9e\u65bd\u7b26\u5408\u9644\u5f55IX\u8981\u6c42\u7684\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\uff08QMS\uff09\uff0c\u6db5\u76d6\u98ce\u9669\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u4e0a\u5e02\u540e\u76d1\u7763\uff08PMS\uff09\u6d3b\u52a8\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u90e8\u5206\u4e00\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\u65e0\u9700\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u5ba1\u6838QMS\uff0c\u4f46\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5fc5\u987b\u6267\u884c\u4e25\u683c\u7684PMS\u8ba1\u5212\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6536\u96c6\u7528\u6237\u53cd\u9988\u3001\u76d1\u6d4b\u4e0d\u826f\u4e8b\u4ef6\u3001\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u5b89\u5168\u62a5\u544a\u548c\u5b9e\u65bd\u7ea0\u6b63\u63aa\u65bd\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0cMDR\u5f3a\u8c03\u5bf9\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u7684\u900f\u660e\u5316\u7ba1\u7406\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5236\u9020\u5546\u3001\u8fdb\u53e3\u5546\u548c\u5206\u9500\u5546\u5171\u540c\u786e\u4fdd\u4ea7\u54c1\u53ef\u8ffd\u6eaf\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e94\u3001\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u58f0\u660e\u4e0eUDI\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\u6b65\u9aa4<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u81ea\u884c\u7b7e\u53d1\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u58f0\u660e\uff08DoC\uff09\uff0c\u58f0\u660e\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b26\u5408MDR\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06DoC\u4e0e\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u4e00\u5e76\u4fdd\u5b58\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0cMDR\u5f3a\u5236\u63a8\u884c\u552f\u4e00\u5668\u68b0\u6807\u8bc6\uff08UDI\uff09\u7cfb\u7edf\uff0c\u4e00\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\u9700\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u6570\u636e\u5e93\uff08EUDAMED\uff09\u4e2d\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea7\u54c1\u6ce8\u518c\u5e76\u6807\u6ce8UDI-DI\u548cUDI-PI\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u6b64\u4e3e\u65e8\u5728\u589e\u5f3a\u5e02\u573a\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u8ffd\u6eaf\u6548\u7387\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u4e0e\u6388\u6743\u4ee3\u8868\u5408\u4f5c\u786e\u4fdd\u6807\u7b7e\u548c\u6570\u636e\u5e93\u4fe1\u606f\u7684\u51c6\u786e\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u516d\u3001\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u89d2\u8272\u4e0e\u5236\u9020\u5546\u81ea\u4e3b\u8d23\u4efb\u5e73\u8861<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u666e\u901a\u4e00\u7c7b\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u53ef\u81ea\u4e3b\u5b8c\u6210\u7b26\u5408\u6027\u8bc4\u4f30\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff0c\u65e0\u9700\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u4ecb\u5165\u3002\u4f46\u82e5\u4ea7\u54c1\u5c5e\u4e8eIs\u6216Im\u5b50\u7c7b\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\u5ba1\u6838\u76f8\u5173\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u548c\u751f\u4ea7\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u6ce8\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0cMDR\u8d4b\u4e88\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5f53\u5c40\u66f4\u591a\u76d1\u7763\u6743\u529b\uff0c\u53ef\u968f\u65f6\u8981\u6c42\u5236\u9020\u5546\u63d0\u4ea4\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u6216\u8fdb\u884c\u73b0\u573a\u68c0\u67e5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u4fdd\u6301\u5408\u89c4\u72b6\u6001\u7684\u6301\u7eed\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4ec5\u89c6\u5176\u4e3a\u4e00\u6b21\u6027\u8ba4\u8bc1\u8fc7\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u4e03\u3001\u8fc7\u6e21\u671f\u5b89\u6392\u4e0e\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u7b56\u7565\u5efa\u8bae<\/strong><\/p>\n

MDR\u4e3a\u5df2\u6709CE\u8bc1\u4e66\u7684\u5668\u68b0\u8bbe\u7f6e\u4e86\u8fc7\u6e21\u671f\uff0c\u4f46\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u82e5\u53d1\u751f\u91cd\u5927\u8bbe\u8ba1\u53d8\u66f4\u6216\u9700\u91cd\u65b0\u8ba4\u8bc1\uff0c\u5219\u5fc5\u987b\u7acb\u5373\u7b26\u5408MDR\u8981\u6c42\u3002\u5236\u9020\u5546\u5e94\u5c3d\u65e9\u542f\u52a8\u5408\u89c4\u51c6\u5907\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u66f4\u65b0\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u3001\u5f3a\u5316\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\u3001\u6ce8\u518cEUDAMED\u6570\u636e\u4ee5\u53ca\u57f9\u8bad\u5185\u90e8\u56e2\u961f\u3002\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u5efa\u8bae\u4e0e\u6b27\u76df\u6388\u6743\u4ee3\u8868\uff08EC Rep\uff09\u7d27\u5bc6\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u786e\u4fdd\u6807\u7b7e\u3001\u8bed\u8a00\u548c\u76d1\u7ba1\u6c9f\u901a\u7b26\u5408\u5404\u6210\u5458\u56fd\u5177\u4f53\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

\u516b\u3001\u603b\u7ed3\uff1a\u5408\u89c4\u8def\u5f84\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6210\u529f\u56e0\u7d20<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u603b\u4f53\u800c\u8a00\uff0cMDR\u5bf9\u4e00\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u867d\u4fdd\u6301\u8f83\u4f4e\u5e72\u9884\u5ea6\uff0c\u4f46\u901a\u8fc7\u5206\u7c7b\u7ec6\u5316\u3001\u6587\u4ef6\u8981\u6c42\u548c\u5e02\u573a\u76d1\u7763\u7684\u5f3a\u5316\uff0c\u663e\u8457\u63d0\u5347\u4e86\u5236\u9020\u5546\u8d23\u4efb\u3002\u6210\u529f\u5408\u89c4\u53d6\u51b3\u4e8e\u51c6\u786e\u5206\u7c7b\u3001\u7cfb\u7edf\u5316\u6587\u4ef6\u7ba1\u7406\u3001\u52a8\u6001\u98ce\u9669\u63a7\u5236\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad8\u6548\u7684\u4f9b\u5e94\u94fe\u534f\u4f5c\u3002\u5236\u9020\u5546\u9700\u5c06MDR\u5408\u89c4\u89c6\u4e3a\u4ea7\u54c1\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u73af\u8282\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u5b64\u7acb\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u6b65\u9aa4\uff0c\u65b9\u80fd\u5728\u6b27\u76df\u5e02\u573a\u6301\u7eed\u7a33\u5065\u53d1\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
