\u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bd5\u9a8c\u548c\u6301\u7eed\u76d1\u7763<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e8c\u3001\u4e2d\u56fdNMPA\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e2d\u56fd\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u5173\u952e\u6b65\u9aa4\uff1f\u56fd\u5bb6\u836f\u54c1\u76d1\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08NMPA\uff09\u8d1f\u8d23\u76d1\u7ba1\u6240\u6709\u533b\u7597\u8bbe\u5907\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4f01\u4e1a\u63d0\u4ea4\u4ea7\u54c1\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u68c0\u6d4b\u62a5\u544a\u548c\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc4\u4ef7\u8d44\u6599<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>NMPA\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6d41\u7a0b\u5305\u62ec\u4ea7\u54c1\u5206\u7c7b\u5224\u5b9a\u3001\u6ce8\u518c\u68c0\u9a8c\u3001\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc4\u4ef7\uff08\u5982\u9700\uff09\u3001\u6280\u672f\u5ba1\u8bc4\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u5ba1\u6279\uff0c\u6574\u4e2a\u8fc7\u7a0b\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u6570\u6708\u5230\u6570\u5e74<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u5c24\u5176\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8fdb\u53e3\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u6307\u5b9a\u4e2d\u56fd\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5e76\u6ee1\u8db3\u672c\u5730\u5316\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u8fd9\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7684\u590d\u6742\u6027<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u8fd1\u5e74\u6765\uff0cNMPA\u52a0\u5feb\u4e86\u521b\u65b0\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u7684\u5ba1\u8bc4\u901f\u5ea6\uff0c\u4ee5\u9f13\u52b1\u6280\u672f\u8fdb\u6b65\u548c\u4ea7\u4e1a\u53d1\u5c55<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e09\u3001\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u56fdFDA\u5bf9\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u89c4\u5b9a\uff1f\u6839\u636e\u8054\u90a6\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u836f\u54c1\u548c\u5316\u5986\u54c1\u6cd5\u6848\uff0cFDA\u5c06\u8bbe\u5907\u5206\u4e3a\u4e09\u7c7b\uff1aI\u7c7b\uff08\u666e\u901a\u63a7\u5236\uff09\u3001II\u7c7b\uff08\u7279\u6b8a\u63a7\u5236\uff09\u548cIII\u7c7b\uff08\u4e0a\u5e02\u524d\u6279\u51c6\uff09<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u591a\u6570II\u7c7b\u8bbe\u5907\u9700\u901a\u8fc7510(k)\u9884\u5e02\u901a\u77e5\uff0c\u8bc1\u660e\u4e0e\u5df2\u4e0a\u5e02\u4ea7\u54c1\u5b9e\u8d28\u7b49\u6548\uff0c\u800cIII\u7c7b\u8bbe\u5907\u5219\u8981\u6c42\u63d0\u4ea4PMA\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u5305\u62ec rigorous \u7684\u4e34\u5e8a\u6570\u636e<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>FDA\u8fd8\u5f3a\u8c03\u8d28\u91cf\u7ba1\u7406\u4f53\u7cfb\u5408\u89c4\uff0c\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u7b26\u540821 CFR Part 820\u6807\u51c6\uff0c\u5e76\u63a5\u53d7\u5b9a\u671f\u5de5\u5382\u68c0\u67e5<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0cFDA\u7684De Novo pathway\u4e3a\u65b0\u578b\u4e2d\u4f4e\u98ce\u9669\u8bbe\u5907\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u53e6\u4e00\u6761\u5e02\u573a\u5316\u9014\u5f84<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u56db\u3001\u6b27\u6d32CE\u6807\u5fd7\u8ba4\u8bc1<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b27\u6d32\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u6838\u5fc3\u8981\u7d20\uff1fCE\u6807\u5fd7\u662f\u4ea7\u54c1\u7b26\u5408\u6b27\u76df\u6cd5\u89c4\u7684\u8c61\u5f81\uff0c\u6d89\u53ca\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08MDR\uff09\u6216\u4f53\u5916\u8bca\u65ad\u5668\u68b0\u6cd5\u89c4\uff08IVDR\uff09<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u5fc5\u987b\u901a\u8fc7\u516c\u544a\u673a\u6784\uff08\u5982T\u00dcV\u6216BSI\uff09\u8fdb\u884c conformity assessment\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6280\u672f\u6587\u4ef6\u5ba1\u67e5\u548cISO 13485\u4f53\u7cfb\u5ba1\u6838<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>MDR\u52a0\u5f3a\u4e86\u5bf9\u4e34\u5e8a\u8bc1\u636e\u548c post-market surveillance \u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5f3a\u8c03\u4ea7\u54c1\u6574\u4e2a\u751f\u547d\u5468\u671f\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u6027<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u5bf9\u4e8e\u8f6f\u4ef6\u7c7b\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\uff0c\u5982AI\u8bca\u65ad\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u6ee1\u8db3\u989d\u5916\u7684\u7f51\u7edc\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u6027\u80fd\u9a8c\u8bc1\u6807\u51c6<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u4e94\u3001\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u533a\u8ba4\u8bc1\u7b80\u4ecb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e3b\u8981\u5e02\u573a\u5916\uff0c\u533b\u7597\u5668\u68b0\u8ba4\u8bc1\u6709\u54ea\u4e9b\u5176\u4ed6\u91cd\u8981\u5730\u533a\uff1f\u65e5\u672cPMDA\u3001\u52a0\u62ff\u5927Health real-world evidence \u548c cybersecurity<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>\u4f01\u4e1a\u5e94 invest in robust quality
